Holaaa! Estuve pensando en términos que al igual que "corn flakes", forman parte de nuestra vida aunque pertenezcan al inglés. Se me ocurrieron blue jean y croissant, ya que son palabras bastante comunes, y no recurrimos a su traducción para utilizarlas.
Hi Wendoly, croissant is borrowed from French. Did you check the meaning of "flakes" in corn flakes? how about a common term such as snow flakes? Well, we don´t have much snow in Venezuela, so I guess it is not that common.
I can think of words in cars such as hummer, mustang, escape, expedition, explorer, celebrity, century, esteem, viper, stealth, voyager, tracer, and so on. It is not that I know much about cars, I got them from tucarro.com ;-)

Hola a todos! bueno, tocando el tema del graffiti, se pueden conseguir diversos términos provenientes del inglés como lo son: crew (grupo), cap (parte superior de la lata de spray), beef (en este caso no tiene una relación directa con la palabra, pero se utiliza para insultar a otra persona al igual que toy), wild style (pieza o graffiti de gran elaboración) como muchos otros. Además, es común el uso de palabras en inglés al nombre de establecimientos comerciales y elementos de electrónica (wireless, modem, mouse etc).
